At Executive Marketing Promotions, we make the process as quick and as easy as possible. Our friendly sales staff will help you find the product you are looking for and our graphic artist will help design a logo or graphic to your specifications and send you a proof. Our proofs will have the graphic on the actual item you choose unlike many of our competitors. You may then choose to make changes or give us the thumbs up to go into production! Most custom embroidery and screen print orders, take less than a weeks time from start to finish, unless a rush order is needed. We will screen print on just about anything from your standard Gildan T-shirt to a reusable grocery bag.
Screen printing Ink
We stock a large variety of high quality standard ink colors made by Rutland. Our most used standard ink colors include: Royal, Light blue, Lime Green, Hot Pink, Black, White, Yellow, Red, Yellow Gold, Kelly Green, Irish Green, Navy, Dallas Red, and Orange. We also have dozens of other ink colors available including PUFF additives and offer PMS color matching although this may incur an additional charge and delay your order depending on the quantity of items ordered. |
Artwork
Don't have artwork? No problem! Let us create something for you! Google is a great start just to find an idea you like, but if you have something more specific you are looking for take a look around this website Action Illustrated.
Want a certain font? No problem, we suggest starting at a website such as Dafont.com or Fonts.com to pick something you like. Already have artwork in .eps, .ai, or .pdf in vector form? Perfect! We will print it just the way you want it. Embroidery
Embroidery comes in all shapes and sizes as well, from a simple personalization to a full back on a jacket.
We are capable of creating a graphic and digitizing the graphic for you in house which greatly reduces turn around time. If you already have a digitized format that makes things even easier!
Large orders? No problem, we have multiple, commercial grade, 12+ head machines that can produce Dozens of garments per hour. Color Choices: Don't worry, we also carry hundreds of thread colors to help you choose what looks best on your item. |
Imprint Size
Here are some standard imprint sizes:
Left Chest: 3.5" Wide Full Front: 11.5" Wide Sleeve/Leg: 3.5" Wide Sizes vary on what we are printing, for example if the design a very narrow/tall design (such as names/sponsors on the back of a shirt) we will allow you to specify what size you would prefer. |
Standard Embroidery Sizes:
Left Chest: 3.5" Wide
Hat back Arch: 5" Wide Arch Hat front: 2.3" Tall We can sew anything at just about any size, but all products are completely different depending on the size we have available and how big of a hoop we can fit on it. We will work with you to get the biggest size or smallest size possible, whichever you prefer. |

Q: I don't have very good quality art, or any art at all. Can you help?
A: We would be happy to! Most of our customers do not have any art at all, or have copied an image off of their company website.

Q: If I need something in the same week is it possible to get it done?
