Screen Printing - Pricing

We figured we would go ahead and give you a quick idea on how economical our prices are. These prices are on a Gildan 5000 T-shirt.

36 Shirts   - 1 Color Front/1 Color Back
$15 to setup each screen = $30
White Shirts = $7.65 each - Colored Shirts = $8.15 each

144 Shirts - 1 Color Front/1 Color Back
$15 to setup each screen = $30
White Shirts = $6.25 each - Colored Shirts = $6.75 each

Embroidery - Pricing

For any embroidery project we would first need to digitize your art file so the machine can interpret the artwork as stitches. This is a one time charge that is typically around $25.

We then judge the cost of each embroidery job by the number of stitches that we have to sew on each item. Standard Left Chest, or full hat front logos typically are between 5,000 and 10,000 stitches.
